To all contributors past and present, I'm sure you've all noticed that the wiki has undergone some rather significant changes.

First, let me introduce myself. I am ZeroTigress, secondary admin to our current main admin GamesWithGrace. As of now, we are the only admins of the wiki and doing all we can to make this wiki as up to date as possible. You can reach us either on the forums or on our individual message walls. Please note that Wikia currently does not have a private message system so be aware that any messages you send to us on our message walls will be seen by anyone who visits our profiles.

We've since decided to do away with the comments system on the articles in order to centralize wiki discussions (and other discussions) on the forums. Threads can be categorized under the appropriate articles so please make use of the topic tags to keep things organized. Please feel free to make threads to ask questions, but try not to make new threads for a topic if it already exists. Don't worry if you make a thread in the wrong section, we can move it to the right section.

The homepage has been cleared of unnecessary links so it's much better-looking than before. Of course, it's still a work in progress so feel free to leave feedback in the homepage thread if you think of any ways to make it better.

Since Bad Boys Love is part of Hatoful Boyfriend: A School of Hope and White Wings and not a separate game on its own, shouldn't we put that information into the Hatoful Boyfriend article? A redirect can be made to the proper section on the Hatoful Boyfriend article so I don't see why it needs to be in its own article.

The homepage does look nice, but could use some more refining (especially the right column). I formulated a Widget box to use and drafted up some widgets.

I feel Tech Support links (actually, most of those external links) would be better placed in the Hatoful Boyfriend: A School of Hope and White Wings page under an External Links section since having it on the homepage doesn't really serve that much purpose considering people are more likely to land in the Hatoful Boyfriend game page when Google searching. I've learned very few people go on the homepage so it's better served as a means of advertising what's on the wiki.

In place of the Wiki Updates feed, I feel it would be better to have either a blog feed or a forum feed to better advertise those to visitors. Then people would be able to see what needs to be worked on rather than stuff that's already being worked on.

Okay, let's come up with a to-do list on what's needed to be done on the wiki. Obviously there's a lot of content that needs to be fleshed out, but there's still the issue of figuring out how to standardize everything.

Infoboxes - Obviously we need to get infoboxes set up for Locations and Groups. I can take care of that if no one else has any idea how to set them up for the Hatoful universe and we'll tweak them as we go.

Articles/Pages - There's quite a few pages that are needed on the wiki, so which ones are more needed? Typically what I do is if there's not enough information on a subject matter, I group related information together until more information is fleshed out to warrant a new page. From what I see on this wiki, each subject gets a separate page regardless of how much information is put in there. I'm fine with that if that's how things work around here, I just want to see if we want to change that or keep things the way they are.

Categories - On the wikis I manage, we typically treat category pages the same as articles since it feels redundant to have categories and articles with the exact same names. But I see now the categories here are strictly for organizational purposes so I'm fine with that. :) However, I see some categories are rather extraneous; do we really need categories for male and female characters considering there's not enough characters for either gender to warrant that? Same with categories for the Dove Party and the Hawk Party, which there's definitely not enough pages to warrant the requirement of such.

Forum Icons - Or as I like to call it, Project Pretty Up The Forums. We need someone to design 90x90 pixel PNG icons for each section to make the forums less bland. The current forum sections are:

• Littledove Hachiman City Bulletin
• St. Pigeonation's Institute
• Student Council
• Town Square
• Torimi Cafe

I'll update the forums with the icons as soon as they're uploaded.

As you can see, the Hatoful Boyfriend Wiki now has its very own forums. We hope to get contributors together here to start cementing (ha) the details on structuring the wiki. I don't know if the renames I've given to the different sections is appropriate enough so feel free to give feedback on better names for them. The forum sections can be renamed. We'll also need some 90x90 px images to decorate each section of the forums with so if anyone can get working on those and uploaded, I'll do the rest. We can also add and remove forum sections so if you think the current amount isn't enough to cover all aspects of the wiki, more can be added.

On that note, as a new admin, I'd like to know some details about the wiki's structure.

• What's the date format? Do we go by the Asian day-month-year format or the western month-day-year format? I noticed some pages use both, although it seems the wiki generally follows the Asian format. Although if we wish to follow the Wikia format of year-month-day, we could start standardizing everything to that.
• What's the name format? Are we going by the original Japanese format of lastname-firstname or the western format of firstname-lastname?
• Do you think we should activate the Message Wall feature to better attract contributors? Everyone would still be able to moderate their own Message Wall and the newer feature would be easier for contributors to leave messages.
• Now that we have the Forums activated, do you think we should keep Comments on articles or try to centralize all wiki discussions on the forums? Forum threads can be linked to articles so they'll show up at the bottom of articles if there's a discussion going on.
• Should we have a forum or blog feed on the front page to better advertise those to contributors?
